Warranty

Please EMAIL US with:
-The problem you are experiencing with your gear
-Proof of purchase
-Location

We will then send you an RMA for you to fill out and ship with your pedal to the closest Goodwood Audio location. 

Repairs generally take 1 week once items have been received. 

Pedals

All of our pedals are covered by a 2 year warranty.
Switches, jacks, circuitry and LEDs are covered for the first 2 years after purchase.

This warranty does not cover paint, screws, enclosures or improper product use.

Our pedals are designed to operate on 9vDC centre negative only.
The use of any power supply that IS NOT 9vDC centre negative will cause damage to your unit and void the warranty.

In Warranty

Warranty support only applies to the original owner and includes return shipping.
If we determine your unit is functioning as it should and requires no repair/service, a bench fee will apply and return shipping will be the responsibility of the owner.

In all instances the customer is responsible for shipping to Goodwood Audio.

Out of Warranty

We offer reasonable rates for repairing/servicing units that are not covered under warranty.
If we determine your unit is functioning as it should and requires no repair/service a bench fee will apply.

In all instances the customer is responsible for shipping to AND from Goodwood Audio.

Cable Products

All of our cable products are covered by a 2 year warranty.
If anything should happen to your product under normal use we will repair or replace the item at our discretion.

DC Cables – we guarantee you will receive the exact cables you ordered and they will be in perfect working condition. We are not liable for damage to your pedals cause by using the wrong cable, voltage or polarity.
